East Lake Cove is a private gated community which lies in Southeastern Metro Orlando between Narcoossee Road and the beautiful northeast shores of East lake Toho in St. Cloud, Florida. Although we are in Osceola County, we are just 6 miles from the 417 and the Medical City at Lake Nona. Construction on East Lake Cove began in 2003, and now completed we have over 165 single family homes with large yards and manicured common grounds. 
All homes are solid block construction and meet or exceed strict hurricane building codes. Our common area amenities include a natural preserve area, playground, basketball court, tennis court, sand volleyball court, community dock onto East Lake Toho, multiple parks which lie under mature oak canopies, and two fountain lakes.
Children in East Lake Cove are able to attend two of the best schools in Osceola County: Narcoossee Community School and Harmony High School which are both under 10 years old. Our private community has an active Homeowner’s Association which is professionally managed by World of Homes.
